Significantly reduces the number of wiring connections from the wire harness to the circuit tester
Up to 256 IO cards can be used
The IO cards are connected to the MH Controller with a single cable.
Wiring is simplified by connecting only from the jig pin to the IO card (reducing wiring complexity for the circuit tester).
A compact overall circuit testing system can be implemented
Wire harness design changes are easily applied.
The controller capacity can be selected based on the number of connectors in the product (Harness) being tested (MH64, MH128, MH192, MH256 – 4 types in total)
The IO card capacity can be selected based on the number of pins in the connector being tested (MHIB008, MHIB016, MHIB032, MHIB064, MHIB128, MHIB192, MHIB256 – 7 types in total)
