Description
- Using POM material with excellent wear resistance and lubrication properties
- By minimizing tolerances in the sliding mechanism, precise tolerance management and processing are possible to address friction and wear
- The air cylinder is built into the backplate, preventing the entry of dust and foreign materials, thereby extending the lifespan
- The assembly structure of the holder requires precise right-angle machining, and to achieve this, an MCT (automated equipment) method is used to align the right angle during processing
- Know-how is applied to prevent pin slippage and detachment caused by the lubricating properties of POM material
- The structure of the circuit test plate has been modified from the conventional method, incorporating pin sockets for added functionality
