Description
- Guide and circuit inspection device for inserting wires into connectors
- Guides the operator to insert wires in the correct position and order while verifying proper assembly through circuit inspection
- Detects the operator’s wire-pulling action to prevent incomplete terminal insertion
- Simplifies circuit inspection wiring by connecting only from the jig pin to the I/O card
- Supports up to 256 connector jigs for wire insertion guidance, depending on the capacity of the MH controller (optional jig mounting table available)
- Functions as a work assistance tool, helping novice operators quickly gain proficiency
- PC-based system enables log storage and integration with a label printer
